Happy December! 

I can’t believe we are nearing the end of the first semester of school.  We have had a fabulous few months of learning!  Our fifth graders are getting ready for Pine Cove on December 5-7th, so I know that will be a great experience for all and lots of memories will be made. 

We appreciate everyone’s support and donations during the Fun Run last month.  Purefoy raised over $30,000!!!  You all are so generous!  We appreciate your continued support. 

Class parties will be held on Friday, December 21st at 1:50pm.  We hope you all have a wonderful holiday break and look forward to a wonderful 2019!  We will see students back and ready for learning on January 8th!

Spirit Night | Jason's Deli

Please plan on joining us for our next Spirit Night at Jason's Deli on December 11!  These fundraisers are a great way to support the school and take a night off from the kitchen!

Faculty Cookie Exchange

The annual Purefoy Faculty Cookie Exchange is December 20th.  The Purefoy staff looks forward to this event every year and we need your help to make it a success!

If you would like to help spread holiday cheer, please bring 4-6 dozen cookies or treats packaged by the dozen to the front office on the afternoon of Wednesday, the 19th, or the morning of
Thursday, the 20th, by 8:30 am.  Please make sure to label if your treat contains nuts.

Spring Box Top Collection

Box Tops are due February 15th.  Start clipping those box tops if you have not already!

We have raised over $800 toward our goal of $1,800!  

Congrats to Mrs. Stewart's class for winning the Pump it Up party for the most box tops!  Another to be awarded in the Spring to help us reach our goal!

Diversability Days!

Diversibility Days is fast approaching!  Each class will rotate through stations to learn about what makes us all unique and special!  The kids really have a lot of fun with this event and we will need all the volunteers we can get! 

Sign-ups will be sent out shortly for volunteers on January 16 and 17.  Information about the days can be found on our website.

Multi-Cultural Night!

We are still looking for people to share their culture through food, folklore and fun!  If this is you, check out our website on how you can get involved.

PTA Carnival!

It is never too early to mark your calendar and plan on joining us for our annual spring carnival on April 12! 

We are still finalizing plans for this amazing event but keep checking the Carnival page for more information!

We are still trying to reach our goal of a voice (membership) for every child at Purefoy. We only need 20 more families to join!! 

As an added bonus for joining, each PTA family membership will receive our Student Directory for free!

Our volunteer of the month for December is Diane Richartz!

Diane has created most of the beautiful wall art and gratitude trees at Purefoy. She is always willing to help and has devoted hours upon hours to Purefoy!  We are so appreciative of volunteers like Diane!!
